Originally from the UK, Katy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies before relocating to Australia in 2012.

Katy has directed various childcare settings and worked in a residential home with youths. Her most recent role was directing an early childhood centre for 5 years and was accredited exceeding in a recent assessment and rating process.

 

Katy has completed various trainings throughout the years including therapeutic care, attachment theory, brain development, circle of security, key educator relationships, inclusion support and reconciliation.

It is Katy’s ultimate goal to provide the best care for children and their families. Katy understands there is always a reason for a child's behaviour and she looks forward to helping children and their families.

Working with children has always been Katy’s passion from a young age and she is looking forward to this new adventure in becoming a play therapist.
